My research interests in entrepreneurship are: SME resilience, entrepreneurs' resilience, small and medium businesses' resilience, and team resilience.

As an expert in SME's resilience I explore how small and medium-sized enterprises strengthen and nurture their resilience. My research focuses on analysing the processes of building resilience within SMEs: the relationship between decision-makers and collaborators in constructing the resilience process, its management practices, the impact and effects of resilience on the firm’s business, allowing them to survival.
