Teaching methodology

I have been teaching for 10 years in international business schools and universities abroad and in France. I teach entrepreneurship, international management, researh methodology and organizational behaviors.

As a professor, I engage students in experiential exercises. I combine scientific proof with hands-on, professional experience. In my teaching methods, I have used active methodologies thus providing a dynamic learning environment for my students, which allow students to be at the heart of learning processes, such as actors, producing knowledge alone. I put myself in mediation to help them achieve their own learning objectives and aspirations.

Beyond teaching, I encourage students to believe in their abilities and skills to perform in life and across firms. By teaching and transmitting knowledge through my own experiences, I am able to help them learn in a positive manner. Learning and understanding about unknown subjects, about life, and especially about oneself. Through my approach, they are encouraged to develop a knowledge base to achieve their goals by overcoming the limitations that may be subconsciously placed on them. My goal is to teach them to keep their heads up and be worthy, regardless of the circumstances.

Additionally, this SME'S Management Bachelor allows them to comprehend the primary duties of the company. Their knowledge is acquired in administrative functions, human resources management, accounting, financial, and commercial functions. In addition, I teach entrepreneurship and team management.
